The clients and third party service providers represent that they accept the Terms and Condition (Terms) of this Privacy Policy along with any amendments and modifications that may be made from time to time.

The client must give their consent for the collection, use and disclosure of personal information if there is a requirement to do so. In case the client does not wish to provide any personal information, he/she is not entitled to use this platform or to avail the services provided by it.

PTHO reserves the right to record any information exchanged between the client and the consultant during their sessions in form of session notes. The consultant can record information of the counselling session in audio or video format with the consent of the client.

We may use and store information about your location if you give us permission to do so (“Location Data”). We use this data to provide features of our Service, to improve and customize our Service.

You can enable or disable location services when you use our Service at any time by way of your device settings.

EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW, IF THERE IS LIABILITY FOUND ON THE PART OF COMPANY, IT WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES, AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THERE BE CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
