The clients and third party service providers represent that they accept the Terms and Condition (Terms) of this Privacy Policy along with any amendments and modifications that may be made from time to time.

PTHO reserves the right to record any information exchanged between the client and the consultant during their sessions in form of session notes. The consultant can record information of the counselling session in audio or video format with the consent of the client.
